The consumer (“You”) agrees to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing, accessing, or using our products, including but not limited to, applications (“apps”), services, features, software, or website (together, “Services”).
What do we need from you? We need your permission. While you agree to this, please know that under NO circumstances do we share your information for any reason or no reason unrelated to the delivery of our Services without giving you notice or asking you first. Period. To use any of our Services, you agree to our data practices, and you are consenting to the collection, use, transfer, and disclosure of information as described in this Privacy and Data Policy.

We promote safety and security on and off our Services, and therefore monitor activity, investigate suspicious activity and alleged or perceived violations of our Terms, and validate use to ensure our Services are being used legally.
We collect service-related, diagnostic, and performance information. This includes log files, and diagnostic, crash, website, and performance logs and reports.
Device and Connection Information. We collect device-specific information when you install, access, or use our Services through our app, and the device identifying number, operating system, and maker may be collected. This includes information such as hardware model, operating system information, browser information, location, IP address, mobile network information.
Cookies. We use cookies on our website, and through the mobile app, as they keep you logged in and allow us to recognize you. Cookies also remember your information so you don’t have to re-enter it, to better understand how you use our Services, to diagnose and fix technology problems, and otherwise enhance our Services for you.
We collect information on when and where the Services are used. This data is anonymous, unless you voluntarily provide additional information. This includes information about your activity (such as how you use our Services, how you interact with our Services, and the like), how far you got into using the Services, and any personal information.
Your Information. Whatever you want! The only thing we do collect is your email address, which is optional at your election, which may include your name, depending upon your email address. Because there are no user accounts or formal setup required, and we don't require any personal information to be shared, you are anonymous as a result of that. Because the text fields are open ended, you may provide any information you want, though we encourage you to remain anonymous. You confirm you are authorized to provide us such information. Remember, you control access to your information; any personal data, email addresses, and other information — you can control sharing that information. The Apollo Group will never use your information, unless there is a legal mandate requiring us to provide it to authorities. Under that circumstance, you will have notice of and have the right to dispute access with the proper authorities.
Your Messages. The information you provide in the text fields as you answer the survey(s) is part of what you provide to us.
If required by law or court order, The Apollo Group may cooperate with a party and disclose your information, including information and/or content that you upload, submit, store, send, share, or receive on or through our Services. Upon receipt of the mandatory disclosure request, The Apollo Group may provide the aforementioned information files, and you will be given advance notice of such request for disclosure as promptly as possible, barring the inability to identify and locate you.
